What is Yoga Nidra?

Yoga Nidra is an antidote to the stresses and busy-ness of life.

In this practice, we simply rest.

There is no movement. Nothing to do or achieve.

It’s simply a case of relaxing, listening and being.

Finding home…right where you are.

I have spent a year studying with Uma Dinsmore-Tuli who is the co-founder of the Yoga Nidra Network.

Whilst I discovered Yoga Nidra many years ago. I didn’t appreciate the innate wisdom and creativity it holds, until I studied with Uma. As Uma states on the Yoga Nidra Network: Yoga Nidra is an adaptive, meditative state of being, that anyone can access to find healing, nourishment and liberation.

The Yoga Nidra Network offers a treasure trove of nidras that you can listen to at home.

Yoga Nidra Session

In each hour long session you can expect, a warm welcome.

A settling of the body. Supported with cushions, bolsters and blankets.

A guided and co-created Yoga Nidra.

Some movement to integrate and return to the body.

I work 1:1 on zoom

Price: £20

Small groups, up to a maximum of 6 on Zoom.
